A colleague reminded me that Barclays Global Investors has their own variant of agile - bgile. I don’t know exactly sure how it differs from standard agile - maybe somebody can comment? BGI also appear to use the paired programming interview process - a very agile company.
Yes, we do use Bgile where possible, which is a pragmatic version of Agile - we have chosen the parts of the process which we’ve found have worked for us.
