A colleague has blogged about hedge fund integration. My question is why hasn’t finetix or another vendor produced such a product? With the large number of hedge fund there would appear to be a large market for such a product. The product could be charged based on the number of trasactions processed allowing clients to try the product very cheaply. If you look at the number of trasactions Steve Cohen’s funds process you can see you’d only need to charge a very small amount per transaction.
I like the news, even know I have just read the news now, I became interested to know what is a Hedge fund and what it really means.
