7 x 7 = 49

Well I’ve made my employment decision. Having considered a number of opportunities, I’ve decided to accept the position of Vice President of Technology at Lab49. Luke really sold me on Lab49, the role I would be playing in the grand scheme of life, and the opportunities offered. It’s a gamble like almost everything in life, but with no downside and great upside, plus I’ll be working with a great bunch of people. The challenge of moving Lab49 from a New York focused business to a global player is an exciting one. There’s nothing like working with like minded colleague who are open to discussing new and innovative ideas of doing businees, and then helping to execute the decisions. It’s going to be a refreshing change to be part of a process that makes business decision with-in minutes and execution happen in an ASAP model. It’s almost like being in a playgound where my numerous ideas, thoughts etc that I’ve build up over the years can finally be set free into the world

Finally, I’m probably going to be in New York sometime in May, so if anyone is interested in meeting me/Lab49 drop me a note – from a London perspective, drop me a note if you interested in a meeting as well.
