CAB MSI Failing to Install

Anyone care to tell me a quick way to figure out why I get this dialog when I install CAB on Vista with VS 2005?

Update: A colleague confirmed that this is a issue with Vista security. Now all we need is Microsoft to fix the issue. Maybe Eugenio Pace can help us?
