WPF: ListView.ItemActivated

Having completed the Algorithmic Trading Conference WPF application, Lab49 has been busy working on a number of new client WPF applications.  Today we walked into the lack of ListView.ItemActivated support.  Luckily Kent had already solved the problem.

If your coding WPF applications, check out ChartFX’s widgets.  Syncfusion appears to be behind in offering WPF components – Infragistic already has something to offer in beta format.

  1. Hi,

I just want to update and assure everyone that Syncfusion will in fact be offering their popular Essential Studio for Windows Forms in WPF, pretty soon.

  2. There’s also Xceed DataGrid for WPF, which is already released and totally free, and a v1.1 is about to be released soon, too.

For a list of officially announced or released controls and components, check out (and update if you have new information) the following Channel9 page:

  3. How about less RAM trashing from both vendors?

Must be the new .net algorithmic trend..
