The problem with Channel9 video’s

First off the C9 video’s are actually very good, especially the Going Deep videos. The problem I have with C9 video’s is that I don’t have time to watch them fully. What I really want are the transcripts of the video, or an Autonomy service on top of C9 – Autonomy is already used by a lot of organizations (including quite a Intelligence & Defense companies). So what would this Autonomy C9 service do? Well looking at the Autonomy web site, you’ll see links to Virage and Blinkx which appears to offer:

• Automatically capture, encode and index television, video and audio content from any source
• Automatically generate metadata – no need for manual tagging
• Automatically cross-reference multimedia with any other form of information

So essentially a Autonomy C9 service should all me to speed watch Going Deep video’s
