An Open Letter to FiveFingers
Dear FiveFingers,
I’ve been running with the FiveFingers Sprint for a couple of weeks now, and following in Keith’s footsteps, blogging my views. The amount of attention my footwear gets from my blog, my training runs and soon I suspect my races means that I’m essentially a marketing platform which I believe your company should be taking advantage of. Hence to my proposal; you provide me with a few pairs of FiveFingers each year, couple with running vests and I will continue blog and spread the word of FiveFingers
This morning was a classic marketing example: Out on a run, I was stopped even before I started and asked about the FiveFingers. My Sunday morning run (I have now double the weekly mileage in the FiveFingers since I stated) generate a lot of interest from fellow runners I passed, plus a 5 mile race was happening in my local town, providing a lot of exposure for the FiveFingers as I passed the start on my way home.
FiveFingers shoes are still relatively unknown in the UK from what I can tell. I’ve never seen another runner with them when I’ve raced, or been out on training runs. FiveFingers, please consider my proposal, as it would be an extremely cheap marketing route for your company, which could only positively increase sales in the UK.

Do you know if there is anywhere in London where one can try these on ?
