UX Immersion

In a previous posting on SPUD, the first step in User Experience(UX)-Agile is “Design Research” which sounds a little boring Hence after numerous discussions with a colleague, we have come up with “Immersion”. Essentially this is the initial stage of UX Driven Design (UDD). What is immersion? It’s exactly what it says on the tin.

• UX team to immerse themselves in the customers vision
• User interviews
• Personas
• Sketch RAD
• User journeys
• Storyboard concepts
• Usability testing
• Iterate
• High fidelity wireframes

But above all else, ensuring the entire delivery team in on-board with the vision
