Microsoft StreamInsight CTP
Microsoft appear to be about to release a number of SQL Server CTP’s, including its CEP engine StreamInsight. The real question for StreamInsight is whether Microsoft’s version 1 product will be able to compete with the likes of Coral8 and others, or we’ll end up having to wait for version 3. Will Microsoft also compete against Live OLAP?
