QuantLib: fdmhullwhitemesher and fdmhestonlikesolverfactory – Missing Files in VC10

Walked into this issue at the weekend. I assume there is no continuous integration (CI) to catch issues like this. I then moved onto the next issue:

Error 1 error LNK1104: cannot open file ‘libboost_unit_test_framework-vc100-mt-gd-1_47.lib’

Which should be an easy fix.
