Anyone on the KanBan road needs to remember the importance of the Kanban Board. If you are new to KanBan there is a very good minibook available here. KanBan is probably what a team should adopt in the last few weeks prior to a push to release if they’ve been using Scrum for the project. The last few weeks prior to a release are always “interesting” to plan 🙂 WIP is a key drive of KanBan. What WIP does your team use?
